  1. Finds your subscriptions

    If you choose to connect Gmail, SubSentry searches it for billing emails such as receipts, renewals, free trials, price changes and cancellations, and suggests the subscriptions it finds.

  2. Nothing counts until you say so

    Every suggestion waits for you to confirm it. Edit or add subscriptions by hand, and later scans never overwrite your changes.

  3. A nudge before you pay

    Get reminded before a renewal, or before a free trial turns into a charge, while there’s still time to cancel.

  4. Totals you can trust

    Monthly and yearly spending, per currency. Different currencies are never added together.

  5. Estimates are labelled as estimates

    When an email doesn’t give an exact date or amount, SubSentry works it out from the billing cycle and tells you it did.

    Use Sign in with Apple or Google. No new password to remember.

    Connect Gmail, if you like

    Read exactly what we access first, then allow read-only access. Or skip it and add subscriptions by hand.

    Check what we found. From then on SubSentry tracks renewals and reminds you before you’re charged.

Your Gmail

We read receipts, not your inbox. And we keep the details, never the emails.

What we read
Only messages that match billing searches: receipts, invoices, renewals, trials, price changes and cancellations. Other email isn’t opened. Access is read-only.
What we keep
The service name, plan, price, billing dates and sender’s domain, plus a reference to the email they came from. We don’t store full emails.
What we never do
Sell your email data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Gmail access happens on our servers, never on your phone.
What you control
Disconnect Gmail in Settings any time and we revoke access immediately. Export your data, or delete your account and everything we stored.
